Not sure what I did , but that panel wasnt showing, and it still isnt showing on the offical demo.kibana.org, however I ended up hardcoded my timestamp, restarted apache and the panel had appeared, so may have just needed to restart apache or something else weird is going on

likely a browser cache issue

Thanks for the hint, Rashid. Erasing my cache solves the problem for me.

Clearing the cache of my browser is not solving the issue, I had to clear the cache about 10 time before the timepicker shows again, it is barely working at our end.

I have the same problem here. I cleared the cache so many times, the picker still does not show.

:(

Have you tried manually refreshing the dashboard after loading it ?

Yes, I tried several times to refresh the dashboard after loading it but with no luck, I have to clear cache several times to get it working again, but not from the first or second time.

rashidkpc, I noticed some "circular dependencies" error messages being thrown (in chrome developer tool), whenever I encountered this symptom. I am not sure if you are aware of this too. Hope this helps.

If you can get the text of the errors that would be great

I have started running into this today. Clearing my browser cache fixed the problem, but only temporarily and now is back. The error is the same as above.

The time picker has been completely redesigned in Kibana 4 and we've tried to get better about cache issues. Closing.
