This PR provides a community contribution project that will:
use subtitle files from Ed Donners excellent LLM engineering course on Udemy.
use Document loading using Langchain
use Vectorization, embeddings and store vectors in a Chroma DB
use RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to ensure our question/answering assistant has high accuracy.
Note: this is only for educational and testing purposes and you should contact Ed Donnner to seek his permission if you want to use the subtitles.
