Readme improvements

Mostly small changes such as:

• NodeJS -> Node.js
• the folder to change after cloning does not have thingweb anymore, i.e. cd node-wot instead of cd thingweb.node-wot
• English typos and formulation (mostly highlighted by Grammarly)
• Online Things indentation
