The Language Constraint Shape ensures that the value for the bamm-c:languageCode is a valid ISO 639 1 lanuage code. fixes eclipse-esmf#85
The Locale Constraint Shape ensures that the value for the bamm-c:localeCode is a valid BCP 47 language tag. fixes eclipse-esmf#85
