CHE-6608: Synchronize list of repositories and the list of local changes #7073

What does this PR do?

Adds synchronization in git panel for:

  • creation, deletion, renaming of projects under git
  • initializing and removing git repository in a project
  • changes in any project under git inside workspace
  • selected repository and changes widget in the panel

Adds project name field in all git events.

What issues does this PR fix or reference?

#6608
