Describe the bug

An error: opentlc-mgr is not authorized in bitbucket OAuth provider appears when trying to start a workspace from a private bitbucket-server repo using oauth-1.

Che version

7.77@latest

Steps to reproduce

  1. Setup bitbucket-server version 8.7.1 or later.
  2. Setup oauth-1 application for bitbucket and che.
  3. Start a workspace from a private bitbucket-server repo.
    See: an error appears:

Expected behavior

An authentication page must appear and workspace must start after accepting it.
