What does this PR do?

  • Decommissioning Organization, Resource, Permission, Keycloak, SSH, and Activity services

Removing the following unused and obsolete properties:

  • Decommissioning Organization, Resource, Permission, Keycloak, SSH, and Activity services
  • Removing obsolete properties:
    • che.limits.organization.*
    • che.keycloak.cascade_user_removal_enabled
    • che.keycloak.admin_username
    • che.keycloak.admin_password
