In case https://echr-opendata.eu/cases/001-58319#, there is a judge whose name contains 'also of' inside. It should not happen. Could be solved quite easily if the full list of judges is provided.

I think we should start working more generally on the consistency of name and name matching for decision body, beyond this specific case.

This issue is about name matching/name cleaning while #48 is about adding more information about the judges.
