What happens?

An issue you can't reproduce unless you're lucky or try many many times. A preload images of a video broken due to
/^https?:\/\/.*\/.*sw[0-9._].*/$domain=adult-channels.com|analdin.com|biguz.net|bogrodius.com|daftsex.com|extremetube.com|fantasti.cc|fux.com|heavy-r.com|incesto69.com|indianbfvideos.com|keezmovies.com|mofosex.com|mypornhere.com|mypornstarbook.net|niceporn.xxx|porn555.com|porndaa.com|pornerbros.com|pornj.com|pornototale.com|porntube.com|spankwire.com|thisav.com|titkino.net|tubepornclassic.com|tubev.sex|txxx.com|vidmo.org|vpornvideos.com|xozilla.com|youporn.lc|youpornhub.it|yourdailypornstars.com
if and only if the request's random parameter happened to include sw (apparently case insensitive?). In the SS you see pink bar on the upper-right image which was shown instead of preview on other videos.

The regex is too rough, though just excluding $media can fix this, why don't limit to $script,xmlhttprequest assuming it's target is sw?
