When always on top is unchecked (and after restarting lofi because focusable is only set on launch), I cannot drag the main window above a certain point.
This happens on Ubuntu 20.04.1, version 1.5.0 and later have this issue.

FYI, It behaves correctly when using the Windows Action key on Gnome (used to be alt, now it's the windows aka Super key by default) to drag an drop the windows.
