Polish entire app and introduce dark/light themes

- Fine-tune app colors, font weights, paddings, etc.
- Polish command center
- Add dark/light theme detection and storing in localstorage
- Optimize app for dark theme
- Add dark theme code highlighting to code editor
- Polish logo
- Improve text readability
