Description

This pull request updates the submodule references for two components in the project. The changes are straightforward and involve updating the commit hashes for the submodules.

Submodule updates:

• client-rs: Updated submodule commit reference to 4407ecd2fdd236c451c175df245e06b4b6eab137.
• manager/console: Updated submodule commit reference to 715adcd26c9aeb7c7f56856a70edf89567d0d458.
