To add the ability to get custom claims for the user

What testing has been done on the changes in the PR?

getClaims has been test on both ios and android, both when a user is signed in and when a user is signed out.

What testing has been done on existing functionality?

In both android and ios, testing was done on the auth code. Logging in and out with different providers, updating the user's email, and using a auth emulator.
