This is a temporary fix to deal with OpenSSL 1.0.2 cryptography still being present in some parts of our pipeline until the underlying issue can be addressed.

Trying the command in WSL with a space between the 102 and the = threw an error for me. Can we remove the space to ensure this can't happen and just to clean up the section a touch?
