Description of Change
Implement TouchAndHoldCoordinates method to UITests extension methods.
Will allow to port Xamarin.UITests in an easier way. Is the equivalent to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/xamarin.uitest.iapp.touchandholdcoordinates?view=xamarin-uitest-sdk
