Description
Fixes #14329
This PR fixes the first item mentioned in that issue , the other two have been fixed already.
The first commit in this PR is about the issue (array postfix notation in the FSharp.Core documentation, i.e. such notation in the signature files).
The second commit in this PR also changes all array types in the implementation files to postfix notation.
I don't know if the signature changes end up automatically on fsharp.github.io or if this needs a manual step. Please let me know if I have to do something.
I assume this does not need release notes. Let me know if this is incorrect.
