As per guidance , MIT License does not apply for Windows. MIT License link is exposed in Windows setup. Replacing the license with .NET Library Eula.

@rakeshsinghranchi Hey, no not looking for more details here. I understand the reasoning for this change (installer contains non-open sourced bits, right?). I am just disappointed we have to go down this route instead of keeping everything MIT.

Hi, I have concerns about the .NET Library EULA being a part of the .NET Core installation for Windows. There is a section regarding Data Collection in the Library EULA, however it was to my understanding that no telemetry is performed with the .NET Core or .NET Desktop Runtime. Could somebody clarify whether or not the .NET Core / Desktop Runtime collect data on its users?
