Postman removal: show-pr repo: aspnet-community-standup

Looking over repos we don't own, but our dev team has at times been involved in I found a video and related .yml for and older community standup episode centering on postman that needs to be addressed.

I went over it with Jon who owns it. This is how it will be handled.

Update 8/12/24: Got agreement on how to proceed with the owner of the show listed, and contacted the person currently handling all updates in that repo for a quick verification on how to proceed within their process. That repo seems to be run a bit differently.

Unable to get write access to delete the .yml file on the show-pr repo:

Contacted the show owner to see if he has write access or know who can delete it. It is already in archive so there are no redirects or anything else to do. The file just needs to be deleted and that is it.
