Wiki Mod

• Introduces /wiki command which shows the server guide formspec to everyone in server.
• Introduces a new priv called wikieditor when granted allows a person to edit the wiki formspec.
• Mod doesn't require any kinds of restart.

Note

To avail the no restart feature do the following :

• navigate to minetest/worlds/<worldname>/ and create a folder named wiki
• then create 4 empty files server.txt, rules.txt, commands.txt and news.txt inside the wiki folder
