Changes

• Replace astronaut with rotating spinner
• Replace rainbow glows with purple glow matching other purple elements
• Add related origins to the origin check of the not the official Internet Identity banner
• Temporarily remove FETCH_ROOT_KEY from the features to be checked for the Test only. Do not use ... banner
• Add (for now empty) dapps explorer config to init args that can be enabled/disabled to hide the dapps explorer section.

The idea is to create a wasm from this branch and share it with Utopia team. You can discuss it with Tomer.

When we start the epic to make production wasm ready for Utopia, we can pick the changes here that remove the astronaut, dapps explorer in args, etc etc.

The e2e tests keep failing due to the async warning banner. I tried to fix it to no avail, leaving the failed tests as is for now till config has been moved into the html itself and thus, and async warning banner isn't needed anymore.
