feat: Cluster terminal access for Super Admins

Description

Cluster Terminal Access for super-admins only. User can select image from list or it can also use custom image containing all the cli tools like kubectl, helm to debug its cluster, debug the applications as well by sitting inside a particular node or namespace.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Open Bash Terminal for a particular cluster and Node.
• Open Sh Terminal for a particular cluster and Node with custom image.
