0.2.1 - bug fixes for flat objtype and edison scaling

Two bug fixes:

• flat lamp exposures now have objtype='CALIB' so that atmospheric absorption isn't applied
• trim wavelength range down before trying to project photons onto a CCD to avoid an Edison timeout bug when trying to distribute the previously overly large flux arrays.
