Add Zarf annotations from security hub.

This PR adds metadata annotations from the security hub repository to the Zarf package configuration.

Changes:

  • Add title annotation
  • Add description annotation
  • Add categories annotation
  • Add keywords annotation
  • Add tagline annotation (if present)
