What are you changing in this pull request and why?

Updates and fixes to dbt documentation based on recent Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics naming conventions. Bringing dbt in line with the names of Azure Synapse Analytics dedicated SQL pools and warehouses in Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse. Note that "Synapse" has been dropped from Microsoft Fabric branding.
