"Minor" Changes

Description

• Most of the changes to JSON files are just formatting related to please the lint check
• Created a keyboard level ui.c file and keyboard level quantum painter functionality, that way it works for QMK Configurator users and isn't duplicated elsewhere.
  • Although unsure how other reviewers will feel about the keyboard level functions not being overridden by _user functions — will find out.
• Other misc clean up.
