Proposal: moving Middleware quickstart to Samples repo

Describe the proposal

The Middleware quickstart has lower interest and usage based on things like needing to have your app registered with Google. This does not meet the spirit of a quick start. We also have increased costs on maintainers that need to sign off every release.

To improve the situation I propose we move this code to the Samples repo. This way users who have interest can still find it, but it lowers costs on maintainers and brings more focus to the quickstarts.

Specifically we would move:

To:

As a part of this change we need to update references:
