Order words by frequency/chronological order

We currently use Sets which iirc will be unordered. We should provide the option to order either by the order the words appear (so that if you are reading a book, you see words in the order they come) or by frequency.

IMO frequency is king
I don't remember seeing frequency data, but we could make our own - even from the source text in the worst case scenario!

I remember seeing some frequency data on wikibooks or somewhere like that which should be easy to use without licensing issues.
