New feature, new config property
staticGraphWithDragAndDrop. This will add more flexibility toreact-d3-graphfor those who want initially statically positioned nodes, but still, have the awesome functionality available of dragging and dropping nodes around. We should think of it as an enhancedstaticGraph(this one completely freezes the graph and does not allow further interactions)
