RULES.md, split the "Pass/Fail Example" code blocks into their respective testcases.Examples are split the same way as in
build.rsfor the unittests, i.e. on lines with 80 consecutive/.Apologies if this is too minor! This was developed on my rulesets-dev branch, but it isn't specific to that work.
