Is this identical to https://github.com/czlee/debatekeeper-formats/blob/main/v1/formats/asd-juniors.xml? Should this file just replace that file, on the understanding that Junior Championships uses the same format?
(We don't have to, but is Junior Champs just a single event per year and with the same target audience as Junior Open?)

They do seem identical. It might be wise to rename or replace the asd-junior champs file.
