What's Changed

When updating to this version, it is recommended that you delete addons/Trust/data/settings.xml and run // lua r trust
This version introduces exciting new changes to the Dancer, Bard and Dragoon Trusts, alliance support, positioning in battle, important bug fixes to pulling and flattens the directory structure of Trust to make it easier to update.

Check out the release notes for v7.6.1 for a list of other features that have recently been added.

Installing/Updating Trust

The directory structure of the Trust add-on has been simplified to remove the base addons folder (previous: addons/Trust, new: Trust). When updating Trust, copy and paste the contents of trust.zip into your existing addons/Trust folder (see Setup for more details). Get help in the Cyrite Game Studios Discord.

Add-on Commands

You can now see a list of all available add-on commands with the // trust commands command. See Commands for a more detailed description of what each one does.

Dancer

A Dancer is now able to increase the power of its weapon skills with Box Step and Building Flourish:

  • Uses Box Step at the start of the battle
  • Uses Building Flourish before Rudra's Storm and Pyrrhic Kleos (requires at least 1 finishing move)

Bard

A Bard is now able to control whether Nightingale and Troubadour are used with AutoNitroMode:

  • By default, AutoNitroMode is set to Auto

Dragoon

A Dragoon now uses additional Jump abilities:

  • Uses High Jump, Spirit Jump and Soul Jump to reduce enmity when the enemy is <= 50% HP

Alliances

As a part of a series of upcoming updates, this version expands support of certain Trust behaviors to other parties in the alliance:

  • Any party member in the alliance can now be assisted with // trust assist AllianceMemberName
  • Any party member in the alliance can now be followed with // trust follow AllianceMemberName
  • Does not enable curing or buffing of alliance members (coming soon)

Combat

Additional modes have been added to control a Trust's positioning in battle:

  • Setting AutoCombatMode to Mirror will cause a Trust to mimic the position of the party member they are assisting while in battle

Bug Fixes

In addition to the features above, this version contains several bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where a Trust would occasionally not engage a mob after pulling
  • Fixed an issue where a Trust would occasionally pull multiple mobs
