Current behavior

Installing Cypress's beta channel (like for 10.0-release) doesn't work. It 404s

Steps to reproduce:

Run

npm install https://cdn.cypress.io/beta/npm/10.0.0/darwin-x64/circle-10.0-release-22c1683f3ca32aaf413ce48d2f6b4e1302e6e824/cypress.tgz -D

Proposed Fix

This doesn't fail for production installs because we're using the arch() package inside for cli/lib/tasks/download.js. The fix for beta builds is to swap os.arch() inside of cli/lib/tasks/install.js to use the arch() library.

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#20345, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
