Looks like the finally added the nf-config which addresses #10. We also need 4.6 or greater of netcdf-c / libnetcdf. Cond-forge is pinned at 4.6.2, so I think this is fine.

BTW I'm delaying the migration to libnetcdf 4.7 b/c of some issues that I don't even remember anymore. I'll probably send a migrator soon to test it again.
