chore(eslint-plugin): drop package

BREAKING CHANGE: - Use `@lightbase/eslint-config` instead. It is almost fully compatible, but requires some migration. Please follow the [migration guide](https://github.com/lightbasenl/platforms/blob/main/packages/eslint-config/MIGRATION_GUIDE.md).
