I'm not sure of the context yet, but Comet uses tm-db v0.6.6 instead of the latest version (v0.6.7). IIRC there was a problem in using v0.6.7.

Until we figure that why it doesn't work, we should revert all of the changes back to the v0.6.6 tag excluding the most recent ones that update the workflows/etc.

If this works with Comet we can cut a new v0.6.8 release.
