Release new version to apt repo

The latest version is 0.5.2, which contains a useful fix (#30), but the version available from the apt repo is 0.5.0.

• PyPI has version 0.5.2: https://pypi.org/project/colcon-lcov-result/
• packagecloud has version 0.5.2: https://packagecloud.io/app/dirk-thomas/colcon/search?q=lcov&filter=all&dist=
• but apt repo has version 0.5.0: http://packages.ros.org/ros2/ubuntu/dists/jammy/main/binary-amd64/Packages

Is something wrong with the way packages are synced from packagecloud to the ROS 2 apt repo? I don't remember where that's done and I couldn't find it with a quick search on ci.ros2.org/build.ros2.org/build.ros.org.
