front page should default to coala repos

Currently the user must go to https://coala.github.io/gh-board/#/r/coala:coala|coala-bears|documentation|corobo/kanban in order to get coala issues.

The front page should default to coala content.

This doesnt need configuration to achieve. The prefetched issues provides the default set of repos we want.

The front page of this project is https://coala.github.io/gh-board/ , and it should automatically show the correct content for coala .

PR #9 is attempting to solve this by setting the front page to be the kanban.

Another approach would be to keep showing the Dashboard , but show the repositories from REPOSITORIES instead of SAMPLE_REPOS if REPOSITORIES is defined (it will be empty for pull requests)
