This was originally the "TimeseriesBenchmark" that I wrote for Project1 in the 15-799 course. I have ported it over to the latest version of BenchBase and renamed it to
otmetrics(OtterTune Metrics). This workload is based on the internal metrics collection architecture of OtterTune and a specific query that we use to generate charts. After I merge this, @haonanw98 will add the ability to insert new observations.https://youtu.be/ZaNFPqQ6tsQ
