Make dependency messages consistent with other reports

PR #12234 recently added an option to report module dependencies on data. @fwyzard requested that the message text be changed from "<ModuleDependency>" to "ModuleDependency", to make it consistent with the TimeReport and TrigReport. This PR does just that.
