Oh yeah great if @dvoytik wants to implement this. Looking at what runc expects, I would say that we want to monitor what is going on inside the VM. This means that from virtcontainers/runtime, we would call/poll on a new agent command |

Let's list out what runc/docker currently extract/print and then we can have a discussion as to which should come from inside or outside of the VM. |

The runtime does not currently implement the 'events' command. We may not be able to perfectly match all the information that the
