Style Revue d'Anthropologie des Connaissances (Français)

I have created a style for the journal Revue d'anthropologie des connaissances.
It is a slightly modified version of "Université du Québec à Montréal - APA (Français - Canada)".
The only changes I made are:

• description of the style
• "et" changed into symbol
• town of publisher added in book references
