Troll Face Challenge

A Chrome browser extension to make a troll face appear randomly on any web page the user is browsing.

Rules

• The troll face of width 200px must appear at a random x & y position on the screen.
• The troll face should disappear one second after appearing.
• After a random period between 5 to 30 seconds the troll face must appear again, still following the above rules.
