Make object for pagination consistent across the application.

Motivation and Context
I had to scroll down to the end of page every time I wanted to change the page. There were also missing buttons for select first and last page.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested on listings with multiple pages. Fix is isolated solution not affecting other areas of the code.
