Previously we did not migrate Chef Infra Server settings during the A1 migration, we only migrated the data. With this change we migrate relevant oc-erchef settings This also doubles the default value of the erchef max_request_size after a support issue shed light on this issue. Customers migrating from Automate 1 with an embedded Chef Infra Server noticed that configuration options they had previously set did not get migrated.
This change migrates relevant Chef Infra Server configuration.
