Make Chart.helpers importable

Preliminary work in order to migrate to ES6 modules: properly export helpers and remove dependencies to `Chart.helpers`. Helpers can now be accessed by importing `helpers.js` (`var helpers = require('path/to/helpers.js')`, instead of `var helpers = Chart.helpers`).
