paste to word doesn't work in latest ckeditor 4.7.x

Downgrade ckeditor to version 4.6.2, error with copy n paste from word

In ckeditor > 4.4 there's a message:

Your browser doesn't allow you to paste this way. Press Ctrl+V to paste
And you cannot use the plugin copy from word
