Various fixes

Problem

• There is a typo in some notification text
• Playlist builds are no longer in beta
• In the playlist annotations are still displayed when the frame is changed
• The build filter messes up with values when creating a filter based on multiple values

Solution

• Fix related locale entries
• When changing frame, reload annotation information at the preview level but do not load last annotations in the canvas
• Use default values related to the selected descriptor
