update jupyterhub chart version, update drupal zabbix and openldap

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Update: Jupyterhub chart version to 0.11.1.
• Update: Drupal ( to use cetic's helm chart ).
• Zabbix: had a conflict with airflow caused by a shared table in the default database postgres so it's better if zabbix uses a seperate database called zabbix instead.
• Openldap: set the variable LDAP_TLS_VERIFY_CLIENT to "try" to avoid conflict with the new jupyterhub's LDAPauthenticator.
