We should upgrade next.js to latest version

  1. lots of great new features and improvements
  2. fixes https://github.com/celo-org/celo-monorepo/pull/4674/files

* ran `yarn dev`, `yarn build` (ts compile), `next build`, opened locally and deployed to staging
