Cursor aliases should be symlinks instead of copies #48

Currently, all aliases in the "cursors_scalable" and "cursors" directory are copies of their target. They should be symlinks.

they are symlinks when built locally. https://github.com/catppuccin/cursors/blob/main/scripts/create_zips#L17C7-L17C9 -y is needed to maintain them
